island hopping in kota kinabalu,sabah malaysia

We went to kota kinabalu last week for some outdoor adventure with my hubby and my sister. As a part of our itinerary,we decided to go island hopping so we immediately pack up our things on a thursday morning.
There are 3 major islands in kota kinabalu. namely mamutik,manukan and sapi island.

To get there,you should ride a ferry in jesselton point ferry. Its just walking distance from our hotel because kota kinabalu city centre is really small so you can go to places just by walking.
We havent got much time left and its almost lunch so we decided to just go to one island, which is manukan island.

Paid RM 14 per pax for the ferry ride and RM 7.20 for the terminal fee.

After 20 minutes travelling by ferry,we reached manukan island.

Paid RM 10 per pax for the entrance fee of the beach.

Manukan island is quite big,you can do some activities here like,snorkeling,reef walking,banana boat and parasail. Im not quite sure about the price of other activities but i know for sure that renting snorkeling gear is RM 10 and life jacket is RM 10 too.

We really had fun swimming with small fish,the beach was great and its not really that salty that can soar your eyes.
